We handle personal information in line with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act. This site records analytics including page views, IP address, approximate location, and device and browser type, so we can understand how the site is used. Analytics are collected and held on our own servers in Canada, and approximate location is derived from your IP address through a geolocation lookup. We do not sell or rent this information, and we do not share it for advertising.
If you contact us, we collect the name, email, and details you provide solely to respond to you and to follow up about your enquiry. We do not add you to marketing lists without your consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time.
Some information is handled outside Canada. This site is served through Cloudflare’s global network and our email is handled by our mail provider, so traffic and correspondence pass through infrastructure operated in other countries under their own safeguards.
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected. You may ask to see, correct, or delete what we hold by writing to [email protected], and we will answer within 45 days. That address reaches the person accountable for privacy at the studio. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise it with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
